CEREC is a high-tech computerized system that combines an imaging and design component along with a milling unit. This revolutionary machine allows our dentists to design and fabricate your crown in the office.
First, Dr. Porter, Dr. McCabe, or Dr. Gonzalez will prepare your tooth for the restoration. Then CEREC's 3D imaging will create a digital impression, which the dentist will use to design your crown. Once the design is complete, your custom crown will be milled onsite and then permanently placed over the prepared tooth. No messy impressions, no temporary crown, no second visit!
